What You Will Be Doing
Join Our Team as an Associate Club Fitting Professional. Deliver tour-caliber club fitting experiences that help golfers play their best while driving custom club sales across the Salt Lake City market. Using Titleist’s proven fitting methods, industry-leading tools, and advanced launch monitor technology, you’ll provide exceptional fitting experiences for dedicated golfers at direct account locations. In this role, you’ll oversee end-to-end fitting event logistics, coordinating venues, equipment, resources, scheduling, and pre-event communications to ensure flawless execution through SureFit Hub Pro. You’ll partner closely with regional fitting and sales leaders, local Titleist representatives, and key account partners to establish and grow premier "Home Base" fitting locations that reflect Titleist’s standards of excellence and maximize fitting opportunities throughout the region. Success in this role means consistently delivering outstanding customer experiences, achieving ambitious event and custom club sales goals, and helping golfers unlock their full potential through personalized equipment solutions.
What You Bring • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time club fitting experience in a high-level customer service environment.
• Lift golf bags and equipment (up to 30 lbs.) multiple times daily.
• Stand outdoors for extended periods (8+ hours) year-round.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 overnights per year.
• Valid driver’s license required and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex product and fitting information.
• Intermediate to advanced technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office, databases, internet tools, and launch monitors (preferably TrackMan).

Pay Range: $57,293.00-$71,617.00 Ready to Make an Impact?
