Associate Account Specialist, Manufactured Homes  Location: Baton Rouge, LA  (Field-Based with Local Travel Required)    Ready to make a difference?  As an Associate Account Specialist , you will support residential utility programs, working closely with the client and ICF’s implementation team, to bring energy efficiency and bill savings to their customers in Louisiana.      

An Associate Account Specialist will gain exposure to various types of energy efficiency projects and typically provides account management, trade ally/service provider management, and other technical services for a utility energy efficiency program and their stakeholders. In this role, you would be responsible for participation requirements, innovative reporting, and analysis, conducting market research, and facilitating communications and coordination across a Residential Trade Ally/Service Provider (TA) network throughout Louisiana.

What you will be doing:  • Review project submissions from participating Trade Allies to ensure required information is complete and accurate. • Perform desktop and field quality assurance reviews to validate project data and support compliance with program requirements. • Provide day-to-day support to Trade Allies and internal team members by answering questions and sharing program resources. • Assist with reports, presentations, database updates, and data tracking using Microsoft Office and industry-specific software. • Build and maintain professional relationships with Trade Allies, contractors, industry organizations, and other program stakeholders. • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to support program outreach and promotion. • Stay informed on local, state, and federal energy efficiency programs and industry trends. • Assist with identifying opportunities to enhance program offerings and participant engagement. • Support additional program, administrative, and customer service activities as needed. • Travel Requirements: Must have a reliable vehicle and be available for local travel up to 30% of the time within the region (mileage reimbursement provided).

  What we need you to have (minimum qualifications): • Bachelor's Degree (candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education)  • 1+ years of professional work experience; preferably in utilities, energy efficiency, construction or trades • Must have valid driver’s license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check 

What we would like you to have (preferred):  • Experience and knowledge of residential energy efficiency   • Experience working with non-profits a plus  • Experience working in or managing a trade ally/service provider network  • Certified Energy Manager or BPI credentials a plus  • Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

  Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is : $50,364.00 - $85,618.00
