About the role:  

The Four Season s Hotel Philadelphia is seeking   a n   Assistant   Banquet   Manager   to join our   Banquets   team.  The Assistant   Banquet   Manager   supports the daily operations, service execution, and team leadership of the Banquet department to ensure every event — large or intimate — reflects Four Seasons’ commitment to exceptional quality and memorable guest experiences. This position works closely with the Director of Banquets and Food & Beverage leadership team, the Assistant Manager   provides   hands-on guidance throughout event setup, service, and breakdown while fostering a positive, engaged, and service-driven team culture.  

What you bring:  

The qualified candidate will   possess   a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work   ethic .  

Qualifications include:  

• At least 1-2 years of banquet event management experience, preferable in a luxury hotel or resort  

• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in   face -paced   environment .    

• Strong computer skills  

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to   50 lbs.    

• Work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours:   As our hotel is open 24/7,   365 days   a year, we expect our  Assistant Managers   to be flexible in working mornings, evenings,   weekends   and holidays.
