Job Description Ascent Private Capital Management is a leading player in the ultra-high-net-worth financial services industry, dedicated to helping our clients and families achieve their financial goals. The Trust and Investment Onboarding Coordinator supports trust and investment account openings by reviewing statements and governing documents and using that information to establish account, payment, and monitoring setups across multiple bank systems. Works in partnership with Client Teams and internal partners to support onboarding and management of post opening account maintenance and system updates. Collaborates with downstream teams to support smooth transitions into ongoing servicing, with an understanding of how onboarding activities impact continued account support.    Key Responsibilities: Account Opening • Manage the end-to-end process for opening banking, new trust, and investment accounts, including documentation review and verification. • Ensure compliance with governing documents, state statutes, and company policies. • Experience reviewing trust agreements and related fiduciary documents. • Coordinate with internal teams (Trust Officers, Investments, Operations, Client Teams) to facilitate timely account setup. • Provide clear communication regarding requirements, timelines, and next steps. • Ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies or client concerns.

Operations • Process and maintain trust and investment fee setups, updates, and ongoing fee maintenance in alignment with account documentation, approvals, and internal procedures. • Complete account recodings and related system updates to support accurate account classification, servicing, reporting, and downstream operational workflows. • Provide statement coding support to ensure client statements reflect appropriate account-level coding, delivery preferences, and servicing requirements.

Risk Management & Compliance • Address portfolio exceptions and clear Reg 9s, including concentration limits, restricted securities, conflicts of interest, and required approvals. • Adhere to all regulatory and corporate compliance standards, including KYC, Beneficial Owner Rule, and fiduciary requirements. • Monitor risk indicators and escalate issues as needed.

  Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 2+ years' experience in Wealth Management, trust, investment, and account opening processes. • 2+ years' experience in trust administration, investment services, or account management.

  Preferred Skills/Experience • Thorough knowledge of general trust products • Strong project management and crisis management skills • Advanced knowledge of cash and security transactions and trust operations • Baseline understanding of investment management • Strong knowledge of fiduciary law, trust accounting, investment products, and compliance (AML/KYC, Beneficial Owner Rule). • Proficiency in trust/investment systems and digital onboarding platforms.

Location expectations:   This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
