Schedule: Choose from 10, 12, or 13-hour shifts — designed to support balance and team coverage.

• Starting compensation: $270,000 per year prorated by FTE.

Your Impact
As a CRNA or CAA at UVMMC, you will:
• Deliver safe, high‑quality anesthesia care across diverse patient populations
• Participate in individualized anesthesia plan development
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to patient‑centered care within a leading academic environment
What We’re Looking For • CRNA: BSN or healthcare bachelor’s degree + Master’s/Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia, NBCRNA certification.
• CAA: Bachelor’s in healthcare + Master’s in Anesthesiologist Assistant, certification required.
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply.
