About this role

我们正在招聘一名 AI 动漫虚拟人全栈工程师，负责把实时动漫角色从原型做成可上线的消费产品。你会同时处理前端交互、后端服务、生成式 AI 管线和实时角色体验。

工作职责

• 构建用户创建、定制和使用动漫虚拟人的 Web 或移动体验。

• 集成语音、LLM、记忆、角色状态、图像或视频生成服务。

• 开发可靠的 API、任务队列、数据库和观测工具。

• 优化实时渲染、延迟、成本、失败恢复和内容安全。

• 与产品和设计团队快速迭代原型，并把有效体验推向生产。

任职要求

• 常驻杭州或能在杭州工作，具备 4 年以上全栈产品工程经验。

• 熟练使用 TypeScript/React 及 Python、Node.js 或类似后端技术。

• 有生成式 AI API、实时媒体、WebGL/Three.js 或游戏角色系统经验。

• 能独立交付，代码清晰，具备产品判断力。

We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer in Hangzhou to turn real-time AI anime avatars from prototypes into a production consumer product.

Responsibilities

• Build user-facing creation, customization, and avatar interaction flows.

• Integrate voice, LLM, memory, character state, and image or video generation services.

• Develop reliable APIs, queues, databases, observability, and failure recovery.

• Optimize rendering, latency, inference cost, safety, and the end-to-end experience.

• Ship quickly with product and design while maintaining production quality.

Requirements

• Based in or able to work from Hangzhou with 4+ years of full-stack product engineering experience.

• Strong TypeScript/React plus Python, Node.js, or a comparable backend stack.

• Experience with generative-AI APIs, real-time media, WebGL/Three.js, or character systems.

• Independent execution, clean code, and strong product judgment.
