Pay Range: $75,410.00 – $100,549.99

What You'll Be Doing • Assist in managing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs.
What Are We Looking For • Pursuing degree Civil, Construction, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering, or has an interest in these areas of study or business
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

What We Offer • Competitive base salary $73,570.00 - 92,110.00
