About the position
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and culture-driven Office Experience Administrator to support the daily operations and employee experience within our Atlanta office and global teams. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and engaging workplace environment where employees, executives, and visitors feel supported.
In addition to managing office operations, this person will play a key role in coordinating workplace experiences, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities that strengthen connection and collaboration across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, self-directed, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
• Be on-site at least three days per week to support employees, maintain office operations, and serve as the primary workplace contact.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, executives, and visitors.
• Oversee office supplies, vendors, procurement, deliveries, mail, building access, and parking management.
• Coordinate catering, meals, office hospitality, and meeting logistics, including setup and cleanup.
• Support workplace experience initiatives, including team events, employee activities, office communications, and event ticket management.
• Promote employee engagement by supporting Culture Ambassador initiatives, KEY Leaders, DIVERSE Networks, Water Cooler activities, and recognition programs.
• Manage rewards & recognition administration, including monthly expenses, award allocations, and related requests.
• Provide administrative support to HR, executives, and cross-functional teams, including scheduling, expense coordination, shipping, organization, platform administration and ad hoc requests.
• Support a positive workplace culture by creating engaging employee experiences and ensuring smooth office operations.
Skills and Qualifications
• Prior experience in an administrative, office management, workplace experience, or employee engagement role preferred.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Professional, dependable, and service-oriented mindset.
• Passion for employee experience, workplace culture, and creating meaningful connections.
• Comfortable balancing daily operational responsibilities with employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, calendars, expense platforms, and administrative systems.

Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
