We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Travel Specialist to join our Accounting team at our Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.

What You’ll Do: • Process accounts payable invoices accurately and on time. • Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for the corporate travel program, online booking tool, travel and expense reporting platform, and corporate card programs. • Monitor travel and corporate card activity for policy compliance and communicate required corrective actions. • Audit restaurant payables for accuracy and make corrections as needed. • Process payment runs and assist with monthly close activities. • Respond to and resolve questions from internal customers and vendors. • Build positive, professional relationships with vendors and team members throughout the organization. • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

What You’ll Bring: • High school diploma or GED. • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, travel and expense, or corporate card administration; experience in a high-volume, multi-unit environment is preferred. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software. • Experience with travel platforms such as Amex GBT, Workday or similar systems is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong customer service skills. • Excellent organization and attention to detail. • A collaborative, adaptable, and self-motivated approach. • A commitment to accuracy, quality, and compliance.

Location :  This is primarily an office-based position located at the P.F. Chang’s Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona 85255 . Candidates must currently reside in the greater Phoenix area and live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
