To enable this o ur CIB Chief Operating Office (COO) supports the se business es by delivering platforms, processes and systems across a wide range of disciplines. This includes Banking, Markets & CRE business management, business solutions & enablement & client lifecycle management,   

Program overview  

The 10-week analyst program is a professional program that provides participants an immersive learning experience understanding of the company's operations, business strategies, and corporate culture. The experience includes relationship building, relevant work assignments, coaching, performance feedback sessions, and informative learning sessions with key leaders .    

It is designed to provide undergraduate students with an experiential overview of the applicable team within Business Services and how they support developing, executing and supporting a streamlined approach to each of their individual businesses and the enterprise as a whole . The program incorporates real-world scenarios and experiences to help prepare you for a rewarding career at Wells Fargo. #earlycareers

What to expect  

You will begin with a week o f structured trainin g. Following training, you will step into day-to-day responsibilities, which may include:  

• Supporting Business M anagement teams with managing business wide projects and initiatives and the day to day running of the business.  

• Support business and financial planning processes, including headcount tracking, expense management, and performance reporting   

• Supporting business management teams on r eporting on wider portfolio projects in alignment with business objectives as well as strategic programs and transformation of core capabilities.  

• Contribute to strategic initiatives, regulatory readiness, and risk and control programs  

• Assist with the coordination of governance routines, leadership reporting, and internal communications   

• Perform data analysis, identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements  

• Support cross-functional project with business, technology, and operational stakeholder  

• Conduct market research, peer benchmarking, and internal analysis to inform strategic planning  

• Assist with preparation of executive presentations, meeting materials and briefing documents  

Throughout the program, you will receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to support your development.

Desired qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation in December 202 7 or May/June 202 8  

• Strong academic achievement  

• Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets  

• Strong analytical and communication skills  

• Proven ability to take on significant responsibility  

• Relevant internship experience  

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)  

• BA/BS degree with an interest in any of the following: Business Administration, Business Intelligence, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Technology, Communication, Accounting, Mathematics, Analytics, Political Science, Pre-law, Government, Policy and Management, Management and Risk Management or related business field   

Pay Range   Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $78,000.00 - $108,000.00 Benefits
