Commercial real estate   

P rovides a fully integrated platform of banking, financing, and capital markets solutions to clients including financial sponsors, institutional investors, asset managers, regional developers, and public and private corporations.  

Program overview  

The Commercial Real Estate   (CRE)   Analyst Program is a two-year experience   where y ou will   build skills in financial   modeling   and market   analysis   while   collaborat ing   with bankers and risk professionals to deliver for clients. The program also includes mentorship,   coaching, senior   leader engagement , and on-going feedback   that supports your   professional development. #earlycareers

What to expect   

The program begins with structured training covering accounting, valuation, financial   modeling , and credit analysis,   before joining your specialty group .     

As a CRE Analyst, your responsibilities   may include:  

• Supporting valuation models for real estate properties and sectors  

• Preparing financial and credit analyses, presentations, and projects  

• Conducting property and industry research  

• Participating in due diligence and client meetings

• Collaborating with senior professionals across cross-functional partners

• Contributing to   client relationship development

Required qualifications  

• 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management - Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation   between   December 202 6   -   June 202 7  

• Knowledge and understanding of financial markets  

• Strong academic achievement ​

• Strong analytical and communication skills  

• Proven ability to take on significant responsibility  

• Relevant internship experience

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams ​

• Proficiency   in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)  

Program locations  

Primary locations include New York, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas.

Pay range  

• $100,000 – $110,000 annually, across all locations ​

This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

Pay Range   Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 Benefits
