12h Nights HiLo / Forklift Operator

About this role

Plastipak Hi-Lo/Forklift Operators safely and efficiently move & store finished goods and raw materials between the warehouse and production areas.  Associates take pride in maintaining our high standards of quality products and our positive team culture.

We Offer   • Starting at $18/hour and up based on experience

• Overtime after 40 hours a week

• Set Schedules. Enjoy 12-hour shifts & a unique rotating schedule with 12-14 days off per month! 

• Night Shift: 5:50pm - 6am

• Schedule cycles are 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off

       You Will   • Operate forklift to transport raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas  

• Use RF scanning device to scan goods and properly maintain inventory

• Load finished goods to ship to customers

• Grow knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences

    You Have   • Minimum of one year of forklift experience

• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to be a productive team member

• Physical requirement includes able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
